MOA Conference Vendor + 1 Registration

  • $400 - Vendor booth registrations include one 6' table plus conference registration and meals for one individual and one quarter-page conference program advertisement. If you would like your business listed in the directory, please consider a Farm/Ranch, Organic Business, or premium membership.

  • Briefly describe your booth and any needs you may have. The Commons has wifi but limited electronic outlets available. MOA will do its best to accommodate vendor needs. Vendor move-in begins Thursday, December 5 at 9:00 am.
  • Please register additional attendees on separate registration.
  • Please include your title and/or role (student, owner, intern, etc.)
  • Please include your department, if applicable.
  • Please indicate your preferred meal choices.
  • People love MOA's organic meals! Help us manage food needs (and waste) by letting us know which meals you will need.
  • Are you transitioning to organic production? Do you have questions about certification? Organic U is for you. Organic certifiers walk you through the certification process. Producers with deep organic certification experience providing mentoring to those new to organic or those seeking advice. Organic U begins at 8:30 am and depending on the work you do, ends at lunch or 4 pm. Lunch is included. This year, Organic U is underwritten by Clif Bar.
  • MOA is pleased to showcase local businesses and leaders in Montana's organic community with Farm Tours and Demonstrations on Thursday afternoon of the conference. Because of weather and other variables, tours are subject to change. Please select one option to help us plan, however selecting a tour option does not obligate you to attend that tour. 1 1/2 Hour to 3 Hour tours typically begin at 1 pm.
  • Farm Commons hosts fun, interactive 6-part workshop taking place on Friday, December 6 that gets farmers talking and taking action to reduce legal risk. Farmers walk away with an individualized to-do list that reflects their needs and priorities. Farm Commons uses a cohort model to follow up after the workshop, making sure producers are connected to the resources they need to implement their action plans.
