Just in time for the holidays, learn how to make a decadent dish of chocolate lentil mousse.  Join me for a live zoom demonstration where I will walk you through each step of my original mousse recipe.
I am the chef/owner of Farmer Meets Foodie.  In everything we do, we believe in challenging the way society has taught us to eat.  We believe in maintaining the integrity of local and organic agriculture.  The way we maintain and challenge is to promote authenticity and transparency by utilizing local, organic and seasonal ingredients to prepare creative cuisine.  Are you hungry for change?
For 6 months of the year, my foodie team and I operate the Streatery food truck in Havre.  The rest of the year finds us traveling for farm-to-table dinners and hosting special events in the dining room of the Farm House, located 10 miles south of Havre.

Join Central Montana's favorite chef, Sarah Manuel for a visit about her favorite Montana-sourced organic food and the creation process she uses to make the most of these premium ingredients.

Sarah began her professional journey as a teenager, selling organic baked goods at the local market.  She also sold gourmet cheesecakes to clients during the holiday season. Since her first endeavors, Sarah studied French techniques at the Culinary Institute of Montana.  Within a few years of graduating, she has moved to Maui and back, worked as a personal chef, line cook, caterer, and now dedicates her time to her own pursuits with Streatery, Farm House Dinners, and Prairie Grazed Meats.
